1. General Provisions
1.1 Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all orders and sales of Products made on the Website. Purchases are allowed only for end consumers (individuals of legal age or those meeting the minimum legal age in their country) and authorized businesses.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
Placing an order on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy published on the Website.
1.3 Modifications and Updates
Vinaura SRL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on the Website, which shall apply only to orders placed after the publication date.

3. Product Information and Availability
3.1 Descriptions and Images
Each Product on the Website is accompanied by an information sheet describing its main features (e.g., wine type, production area, vintage). Images are for illustrative purposes only.
3.2 Product Availability
Actual availability is shown at the time of purchase. If a Product becomes unavailable after ordering, Vinaura SRL will promptly inform the Customer and offer a replacement of equal value or a refund.
3.3 Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
Alcoholic beverages are sold only to Customers over 18 years of age (or the legal age required in their country). Vinaura SRL reserves the right to verify age at the time of order or delivery.
4. Purchase Procedure
4.1 Registration (Optional)
Customers may choose to register an account or proceed as guests. In all cases, they are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
4.2 Order Steps

Payment: Select a payment method (Stripe for credit/debit cards or others if available).

Order Confirmation: Orders are accepted only after confirmation is sent via email by Vinaura SRL.
4.3 Invoicing Data
If an invoice is needed, the Customer must provide complete billing information (e.g., VAT number, Tax ID). The invoice will be issued and sent electronically in accordance with current regulations.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1 Currency and VAT
All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise indicated. Shipping and additional charges are communicated before order confirmation.
5.2 Payment Methods
The Website uses Stripe for secure credit/debit card payments, as well as other available methods. Payment data is processed securely (PCI-DSS compliant). Vinaura SRL does not store card data.
5.3 Transaction Security
Stripe employs advanced security measures such as TLS/SSL encryption and anti-fraud procedures. In case of doubts or verifications, Vinaura SRL may contact the Customer or cancel the order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Delivery Areas
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer, within Italy (or the EU, if specified). Any geographic restrictions are indicated on the Website.
6.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location and are shown on the Website or during checkout. Delays caused by the courier or force majeure are not the responsibility of Vinaura SRL.
6.3 Goods Inspection
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the integrity of the package and that the contents match the delivery document. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to the courier and to Vinaura SRL.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
7.1 Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Customers, as consumers, have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the Products, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”). See the Refund/Cancellation Policy for more details.
7.2 Return Conditions
Products must be returned intact and preferably in the original packaging. Return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed, are borne by the Customer.
7.3 Refunds
Vinaura SRL will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method selected by the Customer.
8. Warranty and Non-Conformity
8.1 Legal Warranty
All Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code. In case of defects, the Customer must notify Vinaura SRL within 2 months of discovery.
8.2 Application Conditions
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or accidents after delivery. For wines, changes in quality due to improper storage after delivery are not the Seller’s responsibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Force Majeure
Vinaura SRL is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure (strikes, weather events, legal restrictions, national emergencies, etc.).
9.2 Product Use
Vinaura SRL is not liable for improper use of the Products or for any damage or harm resulting from excessive alcohol consumption.

10.1 Data Processing
Personal data is processed by Vinaura SRL in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Italian law. Please refer to the Privacy Policy on the Website for more information.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by United Satates law and the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
11.2 Jurisdiction
For disputes regarding the application, interpretation, or validity of these Terms, jurisdiction lies with the court of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile, if located within Italy, without prejudice to the possibility of out-of-court resolution.
