Terms and Condition

These terms (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) govern the sale of wines and other wine-related products (“Products”) on the website itvinaura.com (hereinafter “Website”), operated by Vinaura SRL, with registered office at Via dei Mille, 19, 00185 Rome, VAT number 00307219992, contact email: contact@vinaura.com.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on the Website, the user (“Customer”) declares to have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund/Cancellation Policy.

1.3 Legal Age

The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted only to Customers over 18 years of age (or the legal age as required by local law). By placing an order, the Customer declares to be of legal age. Vinaura SRL reserves the right to request proof of age, including upon delivery.

1.4 Orders and Availability

  • Order Placement: The Customer may select Products and proceed with payment using the methods listed on the Website.

  • Product Availability: In case of stock unavailability, Vinaura SRL will promptly inform the Customer, who may choose a full refund or a replacement product of equal value.

  • Order Acceptance: An order is considered accepted only when Vinaura SRL sends confirmation via email.

1.5 Prices and Payment

  • Currency and VAT: All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT applicable in Italy, unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment Methods: The Website uses Stripe for credit/debit card payments and other accepted methods.

  • Payment Security: Sensitive data (card numbers, etc.) is handled in compliance with Stripe’s PCI-DSS standards and is not stored on Vinaura SRL’s servers.

1.6 Shipping and Delivery

  • Timeframes and Costs: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are shown at checkout. Any shipping costs are displayed before order completion.

  • Transport of Alcoholic Beverages: Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer; a valid ID may be required upon receipt.

  • Risk of Damage or Loss: Vinaura SRL assumes responsibility for the Product until it is delivered to the Customer or a designated third party (e.g., courier).

1.7 Limitation of Liability

Vinaura SRL is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, emergencies) or Customer errors.
Under no circumstances shall Vinaura SRL be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the purchased Products.

1.8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the application, interpretation, or execution of these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the consumer’s local court (if residing in Italy), in accordance with applicable laws.
