9.2 Coupon Forfeiture

10. Responsibilities and Limitations

10.1 Customer Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for correctly applying the coupon and complying with the Promotion terms. Missing a code at checkout cannot be corrected later.

10.2 Vinaura SRL’s Limitation of Liability
Vinaura SRL is not liable for missed promotional opportunities due to technical issues, incorrect code entry, or force majeure events.

11. Reference to Other Policies

This Policy supplements the General Terms of Sale, Refund/Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy available on the Website. In case of conflict, the specific Promotion rules shall prevail, unless otherwise required by law.
